After the implementation of the software solution, soft Xpansion provides free warranty support. The warranty period for support is counted from the date of signing the Software Solution Acceptance Certificate.
Within the framework of warranty support, errors are corrected, consulting on the operation of systems and solutions, and analysis of the parameters of the functioning of software solutions. If a defect or defect occurs during the warranty period, it will be eliminated within the period agreed by the Parties.
Under the shortcomings (defects) of the results of the Contractor’s Services, the Parties recognize the erroneous functioning of the software solution, which contradicts the described procedure for functioning in the terms of reference, specification of requirements or functional description of the software solution.
The soft Xpansion company offers support services for the implemented software solutions. This is especially important at the first stage after commissioning to support the Customer’s specialists and after the end of the warranty support period.

The cost of service support depends on the volume of the selected services, the number of hours and requirements for the speed of response and the solution of questions by soft Xpansion specialists.
